“Delivered stuff quickly via decent courier - good. Faulty product - bad. Handled return reasonably and quickly, again via decent courier - good. A few months later, followed up refund with erroneous automatic e-mail suggesting the refund wasn't going to go through - bad. Overall? Meh.”
