“Staff were very helpful on my arrival to collect the Projector I ordered over the internet. They also during discussions suggested a different model to better fulfil my requirements and arranged the swap there and then on the spot. Excellent Service and will definatly use them again”

“After careful research online,Box provided the best value for money for my purchase.Once you take into consideration free postage and packing and parcel tracking at all stages of delivery then Box must be considered a major player in the world of on line purchasing. My delivery was numbered so I could check on line on the day of delivery to find out where exactly the delivery van was and roughly how long it would be until there was a knock on my front door. I am looking forward to my next purchase from Box !”

“Pretty good - the laptops were pretty much as we'd expected. Only problem is the lack of an OEM Windows CD/DVD, since my wife's laptop now needs Windows reinstalling if we're to be able to use her Steam games.”

“Everything arrived quickly and exactly as described. Two weeks later one of the graphics cards I ordered developed a fault. They took it away and got it sorted without a murmur - only down-side was how long it took to get fixed (but that might be the manufacturers issue, not Box's).”

“I ordered a fully populates Synology Diskstation 412+ from Box who were the lowest priced and had the highest star rating along with a large number of reviewers. The turnaround from order to delivery was only a matter of a few days and based on the smooth process would happily recommend them.”

“new dell pc was damaged as well as parts missing & noisy was offered £10 to cover noisy dvd drive missing card reader & dented case that was a joke needless to say sent back for a full refund which was easy enough & the reason I didn't rate as very poor”
