“You have the best brake repair kits in the business. That being said, if I can't get them delivered to me, they are of no use to me. I ordered two kits for a customer's bike on December first. You delivered them to USPS on December 2nd. Two weeks later they are still in Arizona, having just cleared the Phoenix regional postal center. Two weeks with effectively no movement whatsoever. I am in New England, a long, long way from Phoenix. I am still looking at this bike that needs parts.”

“I have a 1983 VF750F Interceptor which has sat in the garage for 20 years. The brakes calipers & pistons were frozen which took me a couple of weeks to remove. After researching I found Brake Crafters & ordered new brake rebuild kits for calipers & master cylinders as well as new brake shoes. Mark at Brake Crafters called me & we discussed what he felt was the best option for me since I wanted to rebuild everything. Mark was so very helpful & friendly I will be purchasing all my brake items from Brake Crafters. I highly recommend Brake Crafters”

“Shopped online to order full brake pad replacement for my 2007 road Star 1700 cheaper than Amazon and eBay didn't need prime membership to get priority mail service shipping. faster than a MotoGP Rider. Would not hesitate to buy from again.”

“I had a great experience using Brakecrafters. I bought a rebuild kit for two calipers, a clutch master and slave cylinder, and new brake shoes. Unfortunately one of the rebuild kits was missing at first but Mark at Brakecrafters sent me one quickly and I received it a few days later. I'll definitely use them again as it seems like all parts are high quality and they care about fixing any issues a customer has.”

“Caliper kit arrived quickly after ordering. The only criticism I would make concerns the diameter of the fluid port sealing ring between the caliper halves. The outside diameter of the sealing ring needs to be larger to match the machined locating recess in the caliper casting.”
