I thought I was getting SIZE 44B but they shipped 38D, and I have to pay $6.00 for the return shipping. Don't feel that's fair, won't buy from this company again.

Had a problem with your sticker adhesive not coming off of my "nickers". Was told sorry there is a problem but we don't know how to help you. Felt like I got the royal kiss-off. Come back spend more money but don't expect us to offer any assistance. As you can tell by now, not very happy with the customer service I was offered.

Looking for larger and larger cup bras, this is the best site I've found. Easy to navigate when you want to narrow your search. Also has the very best prices. The down side is that if you return something, it takes 10-20 weeks to get the refund. Also, the site makes it very difficult to check your order or past order. There is a button to do this, but it usually doesn't work. I'll continue to shop here, because the options and price are wonderful!!

I ordered again without receiving my last order hoping to have a better response. Until I receive my order I not have an opinion. I did get three emails to trash my email just to confirm one order.

Panties ordered 4/27, didn't get here until 5/10. When I inquired about the shipment I didn't get an answer. That is not what I call good customer service.

I've been happy with the products I bought. The problem I had was that when I got a coupon that said it was good for an additional 15% off, it didn't work! 5 minutes after it arrived on the same day it arrived I tried to use the coupon which said on the coupon that it was a guaranteed 15% off. It wouldn't work. I like the product but it does take a long time to get things. They need to speed up the shipping a little bit and stand behind their coupons.

Could have been 5 stars if I could exchange the bra for the size I need. It would be nice if in the confirmation email it tells you about how long it takes to process and ship your order. The bra is great quality I just ordered a cup to small.
