I received my bra in the mail (1st time ordering) and I honestly expected it not to fit since bra shopping is the single most excruciating type of shopping for me and I usually have to settle for a bra that “mostly kinda” fits. Well, this bra fits perfectly!!! Wow! And it’s so comfortable-another first!!! Thank you!!!

I did not realize when I ordered that most of the bra's I ordered were not padded and did not have the under wire. They still fit nicely and the price was right.

The bra I wanted was out of stock months ago (I wanted 3), they DID notify me when they were back in stock, but they ony had one, which meant I had to pay shipping, making the 22.00 (on sale price 27.00. I checked out another site & found the same bra for 19.99 free shipping. Now they have lost a customer, because to that, & it taught me to Google first to see if I can get a better price. I dountit this will be posted as of what I said, but at least they read it & may step up their game.

I wish I had know that the bra did not have any padding before I bought it. I do like the fact that the straps don't fall off my shoulders, though.

Never told me that one braceas backordered but the took payment for it from credit card. After a month, i had to call, after no response to emails. Apparently the backorder was indefinite with no answer to when it would come. The will refund but they took money for the bra and should have waited until they had the merchandise.

This is my second order. I had to return the first one because it was so tight and small. Be sure to order up 1 size because you cannot exchange bras for another size. I tried calling and could not get through. I emailed and could not get through. I was very disappointed with their customer service but they do look like a well made bra. So here I go I ordered another one. This will be the last one, if it doesn't fit I'm done. I lost the shipping on my return, they don't reimburse you for that. Let's hope this one fits.

Prompt replies are good. I was sent a bra size converter but it didn't go to my size Australian 24D. I ride horses and I am looking for a decent sports bra to stop the discomfort when trotting or cantering. I have tried several shops but to no avail. The shops have my size but the bra's are useless.

I ordered my bra Jan. 3, and still no bra. No e mail advising me it was on back order, no notice at time of check out, so I DID e mail Brayola, and was told it was on back order, and would not ship until Feb. 3. I should have been notified BEFORE I had to e mail and ask.

customer service is fine as far as ordering. shipping is VERY slow and the return process is VERY slow as well. guess I've been spoiled by other online shopping experiences

I liked the brad but the cups were too large I’m the top. When went to order smaller cup not available on the chest size!! Wish you’d carry more 49/50B’s with underwire!
