Website not user friendly and order didn't go though properly. See above received 5 white in 8 and 3 bulk in 7.

I waited over a week after I placed my order to inquire about the status of my order. I understand that one bra is on back order but had received no information on the one that was in stock. When I inquired about the status of my order they said they would send out the one that was in stock right away. I still don't know know if the one has been sent out as I have still not received any tracking information. The money has been taken out of my account but I still don't know the status of my order.

Liked you product just didn't fit don't like not having free returns so will probably shop where I can get it free shipping both ways

Customer Service was responsive but the product arrived with no paperwork, packing list, etc. They sent an email saying there would be no paperwork and if I had any questions or wanted to return the item, to contact them. I did contact them, they gave me instructions on how to return but still a little strange. The bra was supremely uncomfortable and grossly overpriced as I saw it some place else for half the price. The fact that their pop-up ads are on FB probably gets them a lot of business they would not otherwise get . I hope they refund my money.

In recent years I’ve had wonderful customer service experiences but here recently they have lacked knowledge and gave the attitude that I was wasting their time. Very disappointed.

I kept one out of three purchase's. One thing that I found very frustrating was the support@brayola.com..... I took it as a website NOT an email...SO it was my fault for not reading and understanding, and I bet MANY of your customers do this mistake also. I called and got recordings the first day, and the second day I got hold of Emily? and she was EXTREMELY kind and informative! So THANK YOU! I have sent the package back, NOW is the ultimate test- HOW long it takes to get a refund! I shop 99.9% by mail, and there are certain things I rate and will come back and buy... how much do I have to buy before I get free shipping- 100% to brayola, how was the product represented and was it in perfect condition when I received it-95% to brayola, can I get hold of you quickly- 80% to brayola ( I was extremely frustrated), was your rep nice and/or helpful- 100% to brayola, how long and how HARD is it to return items- 65% to brayola (there is no receipt/paperwork nor any package to return product, and calling to get a number is kind of outdated) and lastly HOW long did the package take to get to me-65% to brayola (it was also sent USPS when I was given confirmation that FedX was the carrier and it took over 7 days). I plan on ordering a bra and 3 pairs of Leonisa's as soon as my credit comes through. Like I said I shop exclusively online and there are com

I know little to nothing about your company... just what an email displayed about women's bras... asked for catalog to be sent via post mail, so I can check out the designs, etc. & place an order, but was told there was none to be had. I can't see a reason to continue contact, so please unsubscribe me.

Your customer service representatives have been very prompt in responding to me. The problem is that I still, a whole month after placing my order, I have yet to receive it. I think it's a ridiculously long time to wait. I was hoping to have my new bras before traveling outside the country next week, but it doesn't seem as if that is going to happen.

I placed an order which was confirmed via email. Afull mos later I had not received a notice of shipment or the product. I contacted customer service who promptly responded and the order was shipped immediately. I appreciate them quickly solving the problem

I requested a change in size within 20 minutes of placing my order. While the agent said she would notify the warehouse, the bras I received were still the wrong size.
