“Ordered 4 bra's one went on back order. Sent back the 3 for not fitting. They are crediting my for 2. I asked the back ordered bra to be canceled. This was never done. I have spent hours trying to get my money back. Worst of the worst customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I have purchased bras from Brayola for several years. The delivery this last time was frustrating to say the least. I placed my order June 15th, received one bra and never received the other. When I checked to see when I could expect shipment, I was told it was returned. I confirmed my address, same as the first shipment, bra was returned again. Confirmed my address again, returned again and the suggestion was that I get it shipped to someone else. Brayola could have overnighted it, used a different carrier and saved a customer. Also, be aware, since it was returned to sender, I was charged a return fee. Never again.”

“I always have trouble finding comfortable cotton bras that close in the front and still have good support and form. There is a good selection on brayola, the price is right too. I would recommend this site to anyone.”

“I purchased 4 bras two were on backorder. My account was charged for the full amount. It has been over a month I have e-mailed Brayola no response. Not very happy. The two bras that were received were fine but I knew exactly what they were because I have been getting the same bra for years.”

“I haven’t reviewed a site before but because of my recent experience i need to. I bought two bras, wore one for 2 days and because it didn’t fit well I returned both. Out of a cost of $63 I received 35 in gift certificate because the bra was worn and wasn’t in “pristine condition” That makes me question the quality of the product as i only wore it for 2 days. Terrible policy. Terrible customer service. I won’t buy from this company again and will discourage friends as well. They are setting internet buying back decades. They won’t last.”
