“I ordered a summer house flag and a mailbox cover for my first order from the website. The design of the website is great, I had fun looking through all the options and difficulty choosing just one flag instead of one for every season! I felt it took a little long for my order to arrive, but was very happy when it did because the quality of the items is excellent. There was a mistake with my order, as I was sent an Easter house flag instead of my summer house flag. No big deal, I emailed the company and told them about the mistake. I was told to keep the Easter flag (which made me happy, it's adorable!), and I was shipped the flag I wanted very quickly. It was simple and promptly handled. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning to purchase the rest of my holiday flags as the seasons arrive!”

“The "56in" shiny Flagpole I'd received,was very nice. Thank u. But you definitely need to improve the quality & strength of the hooks that attach to the flag. They will not hold up to high wind.”

“The flags I ordered are beautiful. Colors are so vibrant they seem to leap off the fabric! Also the stakes (hardware)for the flags are well made, of good quality. Order came quickly and well packed.
