“I have ordered several doormats and flags and am very satisfied with quality and they are beautiful. However recently I ordered the wrong size flat and wanted to return it and order the correct. No luck! There were no instructions for returns in the box and no one answers the phone in customer service and no one calls back. Very disappointing .”
