“Very happy with my purchase. I especially like the mailbox cover because it has the two strips of magnets instead of the whole cover being magnetic. With those the sun ends up melting the cover onto the mailbox and it’s very hard to remove This seems to be the only place I can find these types of covers.”

“I ordered four mailbox covers and one flag. I only received one mailbox cover. Supposedly after two emails and one return phone call, I’m to receive the remainder of my order. This still has not happened.”

“I am a long-time customer of Briarwood Lane and always been pleased with the selection and quality of their products, all at competitive prices. A couple weeks ago, the wrong garden flag arrived, so I contacted Customer Service. They responded quickly and reprocessed my order so that I received the correct flag in a few days. The CS rep said to keep the incorrect flag (which is very nice but suited for autumn), which saved me the hassle of completing a return. A really wonderful online merchant in my experience.”
