“I just discovered Briarwood Lane doormats last August, and they are even more beautiful and vibrant in person, I now have a mat for each season and holiday. The only hard part is choosing between all the fun designs.”

“I ordered a flag May 24 and have NOT received. I have not heard one word from this company. 6/12 I have ordered another from another more reliable source. You can reimburse me as I never received.”

“The service is great and shipping times are quick. The only complaint I have is with their products that use solar LED panels for lighting. They either quit working after about 6 months or are not installed properly--mine fell out of the gazing ball when I turned it over. They need to switch to all battery power for any product which lights up.”

“It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my order. The ETA changes multiple times a day with the latest stating that I would get my delivery on June 6th which was 3 days ago. I emailed customer service and was told to wait another 3-5 days and if I have not received it to contact them again. Will be disputing the credit card charge in 3-5 days!”

“I am so very happy that I discovered Briarwood Lane. I truly appreciate the quality of the items that I ordered and am now enjoying. The designs are so stinkin' cute and the colors are so vibrant. I cannot find anything like them in any retail store. I truly appreciate a company that cares and that is 100% evident in the ease of ordering, the quick delivery, the care in which it is packaged and the quality of the product. Thank you!”
