“I am a long-time customer of Briarwood Lane and always been pleased with the selection and quality of their products, all at competitive prices. A couple weeks ago, the wrong garden flag arrived, so I contacted Customer Service. They responded quickly and reprocessed my order so that I received the correct flag in a few days. The CS rep said to keep the incorrect flag (which is very nice but suited for autumn), which saved me the hassle of completing a return. A really wonderful online merchant in my experience.”

“Every one of my flags are so beautiful. I have flag (house & garden ones) for many years and they are just starting to fade. My door mats are a wonderful conversesation piece. The rubber mat is over 10 years old & it still looks & seems to be brand new. Shipping is really great, cheap & fast. The packaging is okay. I really loved when you shipped in the flat boxes, instead of the smaller boxes. It took 2-3 days for my door mats to lay flat in the rubber door mat holder. I really thought that 3 door mats in one box with flag was a little too much for the box. Folding the matt in half was not such a good idea.”

“I placed an order and received free shipping. I then realized I forgot an item. Called Customer Service and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and added the one item to my larger order and did not charge shipping on that item. Thank you for great customer service.”
