The clips on the braces keep opening and my trousers slide down . Phoned to complain. The lady said she would look into the matter and phone me back that was Five days ago. She has not contacted me. Thus I conclude that the quality of the product and the service is rubbish. Derek Ryman.

Short length, adjustment buckle very uncomfortable against skin and has left marks. So I won't be waring them . A waste of money. This means I will have to buy another pair !

Received a notification from paypal that my order was refunded, nothing from the company. Needed those braces urgently. Not cool, won't be using again.

Sent for 2 sets of braces mid May 2017. One pair were not what we wanted so returned them on 23 May ordering replacement and cheque for £5.79 to cover additional cost. Having not received item or heard from the company phoned and was told cheque had been banked and item would be sent when cheque cleared. On 14 June phoned again as no item and cheque not appearing in our bank. Was informed that it must be the banks fault but they still could not send out item. I explained that if the cheque had been banked I would have expected a 3 day clearance and the item sent out in about a week. Was told they had no control over the bank. As of today I still have no item and the cheque has still not appeared in my bank. I have not heard from the company so at present I have paid for the original braces and got neither the replacement item or a refund or an apology for the problem

This is not a usual issue our customers have when sending a return and we can only apologise for this. Bought some braces for over a week ago. Haven't received tracking number or any confirmation except payment transaction. They don't answer on mail either...

I have been given the wrong braces, I have emailed and called, this still hasnt been rectifyed. Also, I have not been contacted. I need this to be sorted before the 18th

The gold braces that we bought were broken after one use.The clasp broke into 3 pieces.As we had disposed of the package to return them we are in the process of sending them back.The other braces we bought seem to be fine.

We do not manufacturer the braces that we sell but we will get in touch with the manufacturer to let them know you have had an issue with the clasp.
