No frills and no false promises. Always on the ball regarding statement and reminders about readings and when payments are due.

Since joining Bulb from SEE (who grossly overcharged me) I have received excellent service. They did manage to get a rebate for me from SEE and being able to submit my monthly reading is wonderful as I can keep an eye on my useage. Their Customer Service is excellent (as opposed to SEE), they are helpful, efficient and have always answered any query I may have. I’m moving back to England some time in the future and certainly intend taking Bulb with me.

Have been with bulb for a number of years and never had any problems with them. I'm moving home and had a query with regards to credit that has built up on my account and the response from the customer service adviser couldn't have dealt with and resolved it any more quickly, excellent customer service.
