I wait 4 months before ringing this review,l came from three others suppliers and this is the best. I just contacted them and they done everything for me,l know what l have to pay every month l am all time in kredit.

Always prompt each month giving price updates and regular information. Prices very competitive. Never had any poblems dealing with Bulb staff. Keep the standards up ....Bravo!!!!!!

Have been with bulb a few months now and have been very happy with the customer service so far. There was a billing issue as in no statements were being issued and the balance in my account kept rising. The lady I spoke to over the messaging service apologised and said it will be sorted out in a few days and she'd email me once the issue was fixed. This turned out to be the following day. My only gripe which is nothing bad is that I'm still on an old smart meter which needs upgrading

I had a problem with my electricity payments and bulb have sorted it within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Excellent service. Thank you.
