They handled my transfer from another energy supplier very efficiently and kept me up-to-date. Everything has been very easy so far and I haven’t had any issues at all.

Have been with bulb for a few years and am happy with the service. They answer the phone in a reasonable time and am helpful solving any problems, unlike useless E-ON.

Green energy. Pay in advance so never in arrears which is soooo good. Previous supplier kept us in debit and if we changed the direct debit payment they just put it back down again, never felt in control but had been with them for so long just went with the flow. We had a large bill to pay when we finally swapped. Thanks Martin Lewis.

Bub is a fantastic choice if you want to move away from the big energy providers. Easy to use website and accurate billing. This is the second time I have been with Bulb after making a move to Avro Energy which ended up being a complete disaster and one I regret as I had to take them to the Energy Ombudsman due to their poor service. I can highly recommend Bulb if you are thinking of moving and if you are with someone like Avro Energy, make the move today and you will not be dissapointed.

Have been with Bulb for a several years now. No problems at all. Use it for myself and my mum. Always get reminders for my mum as she hasn't a smart meter. Saves a lot of hassle. Have not felt the need to change supplier.
