“I appreciate the ease of the user experience in the website and the multiple avenues for filtering down to what I need. Prices are more than fair for most things I need for my company and there's always that extra "take 5" at checkout that feels like a little bonus coupon. The products arrive QUICK, often ship same day, and the quality is as expected if not better. I rely on this vendor a lot!”

Hi Kay, I'm sorry to hear that UPS hasn't delivered your order yet. It looks as though the address was provided directly as you entered at checkout. Have you talked with UPS?
