“Worst customer care service: I have been trying to reach out on your customer care number since weeks but it is always switched off.
I placed my order on 7th March and it arrived at the local fedex facility (lucknow) on 13th March and it is still not delivered. It is as prepaid order. Your Instagram account manager or whosoever manages the insta account is giving me the lockdown reason, there was no lockdown till 20th march and it is in the local facility since 13th March.
If you are not able deliver the order atleast you can cancel my order and refund my amount. Internet and banking is still working.
Please cancel my order and refund my money. I havebeen trying to reach out since weeks but not getting any response.”

“They have zero processes in place over my multiple orders. There are no order confirmations or follow ups post the order. Orders were delayed. I was called by the delivery agent as my number was mistakenly given for a delivery in Surat. They cancelled parts of my order saying out of stock with no communication on options/ refund. Sizes were incorrect in the products sent. Very disappointed at how they've been allowed to get away still functioning like this”

Waste of 3k. They need to get their terms right! Online clothes shopping should always always have an exchange policy for sizes. Never ever shop from such scammers!!!!”
“The product I have order had the fitting issue and the material was so uncomfortable and the color was also different from what showed. When I called the customer care and tried to explain them they simply denied to do the refund or give a better solution. It has the worst rules and policies. This was my first order and I would not like to order in this website and would recommend all my friends not to order too.”
“The product quality is very good but most of the pieces I ordered had incorrect measurement which made me return the product. Recently they placed a return order on COD for me because of which I was asked to repay the amount again for the product. The customer service team is misleading and in my case they did not refund my money for as long as 1.5 months and it is still not complete.

“If i could give 0 rating i would have given that. I have never submitted negative feedback for any shopping site ever but this is just so so so disappointing. The customer service is very bad and it's just painful to contact them on the numbers mentioned. Also email response is extremely delayed. I ordered my dress almost a month back but still havent received. I keep following up with no one answers call...after trying so much n connecting they give false commitments. And after a month they are saying that they can initiate refund. This is just not done..i want the dress urgently otherwise i would hv cancelled. Seriously have never experienced such a bad service. This is my first n last purchase from Bunaai. I hope atleast i get the dress after waiting for a month. They keep sending so many promotional emails and also wen a product is added to your cart to complete the purchase but trust me wen you made the purchase then things are taken for granted. I had ordered my dress on 9th of Feb but havent got .. its not yet dispatched still in production. I dont understand how one dress peoduction can take so much time. They just dont stick to their deadline and its so so harassing and depressing. I am disappointed and annoyed like hell. Worst experience.”
