“Worst customer care service: I have been trying to reach out on your customer care number since weeks but it is always switched off.
I placed my order on 7th March and it arrived at the local fedex facility (lucknow) on 13th March and it is still not delivered. It is as prepaid order. Your Instagram account manager or whosoever manages the insta account is giving me the lockdown reason, there was no lockdown till 20th march and it is in the local facility since 13th March.
If you are not able deliver the order atleast you can cancel my order and refund my amount. Internet and banking is still working.

“They have zero processes in place over my multiple orders. There are no order confirmations or follow ups post the order. Orders were delayed. I was called by the delivery agent as my number was mistakenly given for a delivery in Surat. They cancelled parts of my order saying out of stock with no communication on options/ refund. Sizes were incorrect in the products sent. Very disappointed at how they've been allowed to get away still functioning like this”
