They don’t even change the sizes in this era of pandemic after two days , everyone has changed their policies but they haven’t .
Won’t shop again for sure .”
“Your exchange and return policies are too annoying.If your product does not fit in, there is no smooth way to exchange or return.
You have to keep calling their customer care and your call will be picked after an hour or two. You have to ship your product yourself in case you want exchange.
Really annoying experience with Bunaai.

“Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Never received my product. On contacting customer service via email, their response kept shuttling between the products have been shipped to it will be shipped. After almost two months of this absolutely terrible customer service, I decided to just cancel the order and they didn't bother issuing a refund even after I asked them to do so explicitly. I had to finally lodge a customer complaint with PayPal and after almost 3 months received my money back. I would say that they're a scam of a company and should really never be trusted with any orders.”

“Scammed me by not giving me the exact dress that I’d ordered. The dress I ordered was a pink. What I received was a brown. When confronted they said it’s a 10-15% difference in real and reel. Honestly if anyone saw the dress I received , the colour is no way in correlation with the picture attached on the website. Inspire of letting them know multiple times, they kept saying I can only get a different size. What is the whole point of giving a reference image that doesn’t match the product and further telling a customer that she should’ve checked the images properly. It was my first experience and I’ve never had such a feeling from any other websites with being forced with their poor quality merchandise. Return policy is an epic failure for customers. I’ll ensure that my friends circle is informed about it too. In the picture everything looks nice but in reality , it’s not even closet similar.”
