“No refund policy! No exchange on sale products! I have spent on a suit set and I'm stuck with it! Bad customer service! I wouldn't recommend Bunaai to anyone else. And the quality is average at its best. Not worth the money worst exchange policy ever. They do not go by law and have their own silly policy. Government of India have made a policy of return in 30 days of buying the product which is applicable to each and every retailers .

“They have worst exchange policy if person bought the product and there is a size issue they will obviously exchange the size we are not returning the product and if that is not the option you can take the product back give the voucher client can buy something else of same or higher amount.. Customer care worthless repeats the same thing like tape recorder and shows attitude for no reason.. Please make sure before buying they have worst return exchange policy.. The girl asked me to pay the full amount of the sale product then only she can exchange the size then how come they can count it as a sale product and she said if you want to return you can but will take the full amount in that case also and give you the voucher of the sale value only waoooow.. what a policy and on top of it the senario she is taking as an exception Slow Claps for you people .. My 3 thousand has gone in drain however I’ll make sure no one from my company or group will ever buy from this brand”
