Your website says delivery in 5 days. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company by phone, chat and email to find out if my order has even been prepared. Cannot even get into the chat window. I have not had any response even in 5 days concerning my order, let alone received it. Perhaps a lot of the negative reviews are indicative of your company. Jan

I ordered a shampoo by Biologika and received a bottle of cherry concentrate instead. I reached out to the company to no avail. The order receipt was correct, but I had been given the wrong item. I searched the website for a customer service email but there was none. The website will not let me upload a photo of proof that the order is wrong..

I placed an order a week ago for product that the website said was IN STOCK. I also paid extra for express postage, as I am travelling and needed this to take with me. They do not respond to email, and the phone never gets answered nor calls returned. Just voicemail. So, not only do I not have my product, I do not have any update, and they have my money. Stay away from these people - highly unprofessional, and I am thinking even a scam. I am reporting them to my credit card company.

Made an order for ber beads necklace and paid express, it arrived normal business time. Do not bother paying postal express. While waiting for order, I ordered same product from a different company on express and it arrived within 3days while I still waited for this order.

Don't advertise stuff as "ON SALE" when it is already more than 4 months out of date !!! That should have been thrown in the bin and not put up for sale, that is what I did to the Bread Improver I received from Buy Organics Online !!!!!

Thanks, Henry for sharing your review. We clear products with all sorts of Best before or expiry dates clearly listed for customers to make informed decisions. Best before dates are not expiry dates. Often products stored correctly can last for years after these dates. This product was being sold well below cost with 50% discount and listed as: Bread Improver 250g Lotus - ON SALE BBD 18/04/22 In this instance, after your demand for a full refund was considered then not approved, we offered (as a very reasonable compromise) to cover the cost to ship you out new fresh stock, should you wish to purchase it. We're not sure what else we might have done so you could be informed prior to buying: The product title said: Bread Improver 250g Lotus - ON SALE BBD 18/04/22 The product description is included in the 1st line in bold: Bread Improver 250g Lotus - ON SALE BBD 18/04/22 Your order stated: 2 x Bread Improver 250g Lotus - ON SALE BBD 18/04/22 At any stage, you could have asked us, what BBD 18/04/22 means - we think it's clear enough, and apart from phoning you to check if you can and did read what you were purchasing there is nothing more we could have done.
This company is very difficult to contact once you have ordered. An item was not packed in my recent order and I have been wanting to advise them but there are no email addresses or phone numbers provided on website. Frustrating!

I cannot believe how long it took to receive my apricot kernels. I tried several times to get some phone contact, eventually I had to resort to email to order, But noone told me I had to wait at least for two weeks before I received my order. Poor service all round.

Thanks for your review, Victor. You emailed us on the 11th of July asking us to process another order to be sent out to you. We processed this order early on 12th July. Your order was delivered on the 21st of July which was around 8 business days. AusPost does list that it may take typically up to 6 business days and occasionally longer for delivery between our location and your location. Not sure what expectation you had on delivery time but the time for delivery of this parcel wasn't very far from standard timeframes. If you were expecting it within a couple of days, that was never possible. Had we been aware of the relative urgency we would have certainly suggested express post delivery which would have cut the delivery times to meet your expectations.
