Thanks for the feedback. We shipped your order within 1 business day. We dont have any control over Australia Post delivery. They are the most reliable service available but the past week or so has been chaotic with everyone buying online.

Thanks for the honest feedback Jennifer. The parcel was attempted to be delivered 9 working days after your order. Was sitting at post office for another 3 working days. For whatever reason, Australia Post were slow to deliver and we apologise for that. We do offer express post service which is cheaper than most competitors standard shipping costs which is 1-2 day delivery window. Maybe try that one out next time.
