Re having experienced ordering via your site: I need to be totally honest in order to perhaps be helpful. Had your email not arrived, requesting this review, I would not have revisited your site. I found the flashing offers of 'dollars of'f distracting, and a hinderance time-wise. I did click on one of these, and entered its code at checkout, only to receive a blunt message that this coupon had expired already. (And I had been negotiating your site as quickly and efficiently as i possibly could). The few dollars involved of course didn't matter to me, but along with finding your site difficult to negotiate, overall it left me feeling i probably wouldn't re-visit. Hope this may be helpful ... and i do wish you every best possible wish and thank you for supporting organic sustenances.”
Thanks for the feedback Grant. We did ship your weekend order on the Wednesday which was slower dispatch than normal. The Schmidt's deodorants have proven extremely popular and we have been caught out not holding enough stock. We have ample stock levels now and we should be ok dispatching same day next time for you.

Thanks Helen for the feedback. We agree it wasn't an ideal situation that we were unable to complete your order. The importer advised the product was expected in the country at different stages and it didn't happen. We sent you the one unit and refunded the two as soon as you requested. We will let you know if the product comes back into the country at any stage in the future.

“Purchased a Gentoo Water Filter Jug - the indicator on the lid does not work, the filter which was sent was in an open bag which is a bit worrying - no hygiene seal. Emailed Buy Organics 5 days ago and have had no response - disappointing customer service. I paid $75 for the jug so would have expected an email back.”

Thanks Elaine for the feedback. We dispatched your order promptly and the shipping options are transparent. You did only purchase one deodorant which after discount was only $9.22 instead of RRP $12.95. This is the cheapest price in the country for this product. Although we offered an option for delivery for $7.50, you opted for more expensive option being $9.95. Try buying 3 next time and you will find that buying online with us makes far more sense.

We do not have any retail sites listed on our site as we are a retail online store. You are referring to the brand Ausganica whom you contacted initially. We are a stockist of Ausganica in Melbourne and we were contacted on the same day by them & by you. We processed and shipped an order via express post to you same day so you could receive next day, in time for your overseas trip. We could not have done anything more for you and your 3 star review is unwarranted.
“Generally wide selection of commonly needed organic products. I would've rated higher based on the old shipping rates/if shipping was a bit cheaper but product prices are quite competitive. Have also found shipping to be a little slow, but otherwise good organics store and customer service.”

I tried again a few weeks ago as a casual client and had the same problem with using Paypal at the checkout. I persisted and paid using a different method which I dislike so are unlikely to use you again, despite the product arriving safely and promptly and at a competitive price.”
