“Got a text saying TV would be delivered on Friday and it will require signature. On Wednesday while at work I get text saying it will be arriving that day, that they waived the required signature, and they'd leave a 75 inch TV in a secure location on a wet day. I raced home with the TV arriving 30 minutes after getting home. The single delivery driver was reluctant to help me drag the TV through the doorway. Against company policy apparently. Cost me close to $200 in delivery fees. Pretty disappointing experience.”

I forgot to check my junk mail for a receipt so I called them back and they couldn't have been more helpful. Subsequently, the item I purchased was ordered on a Friday morning and received the following Monday mid morning.The stock, i believe, came from Sydney and delivered to far north NSW.Everything I was told happened and the item arrived exactly as described.
