“Great price - great product - super fast interstate delivery… very happy, it was my first purchase from Buysmarte and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks…”
“Web site was easy and straight forward to use. Heater was ordered on 29th July and delivered early 31st July. Brilliant service throughout. Also the cheapest price by over $300. Would recommend this company to everyone and is certainly one we will buy from again.”
“The product itself was amazing, had an issue with the delivery communication, but that was the fault of their delivery partners, BuySmarte's team were really helpful.”
“Highly recommend Buy Smarte for factory seconds and refurbs! Bought a soundbar Q990C for dad and we're both happy with it. At first we ran into a little issue but Connor and the team resolved it just like that. Saved me a lot of money too. Very pleasantly surprised at how professional and honest these guys are and will be buying from them again. Thanks guys!!”
“The fridge was described as a factory second.
It is clearly a second hand fridge that still had food trapped in between the clear plastic drawers and their white covers and it had a bad odour, we spent hours cleaning it. There is also a small rectangular "Taste Guard" cover that keeps falling off that someone has attempted to fix with sticky tape. I was expecting a brand new fridge with a bit of external cosmetic damage, not one that was used and still had food and a bad smell in it. Calling it a factory second is misleading.”
“Great customer experience with the team. Easy to deal with, and Amy additional photos were sent fairly quickly.
Fridge we received looks a little greyer than the white we expected, but fridge works perfectly.”
