“Very poor experience. The television I ordered never arrived. Repeated delivery dates missed with no communication. Unapologetic customer service. No offer of replacement. On a positive note we did get a refund without any hassle. Would have preferred to get my purchase though! Will certainly not use this company again.”

“the product itself is beautiful (hisense tv) and makes such a difference to our al fresco area...however trying to co ordinate being at home for delivery was a little problematic in addition to the delivery guy telling me he couldn't bring the tv into the house and slid it into the garage after me pleading with him that I couldn't drag it into the house on my own and I wasn't prepared for him to leave it at the front door!!!”
