“I ordered a $9.50 seal for a miele washing machine and buyspares sent me a rotary switch for something else! When I advised them that they had made an error, they wanted me to send back the part for credit and reorder the original part over again and incur approx $30 in postage for their mistake!!!. This is a real Mickey mouse operation and anyone who orders from this outfit should have their head examined!!!!”

“Invoice No: CI035240769 A nightmare!!! Stay Away! A nightmare!!!! Stay away. I order some parts, received a confirmation for delivery. Never arrived and when chatting online I did not receive any clear information. I was charged for something I did not receive. Still waiting to be reimburse. Don't know if this is a scam. Really bad experience.”

“There last good review on there web page is 2018 shocking service ordered part on January 18th was emailed on the 12th Feb to say another 4 weeks for delivery. Then told 19th March. on the 28th March got email asking for payment, or order will be cancelled. This is because after 30 days from your original order your pre payment details are cancelled but they never tell you this in any email. You would expect the order to be cancelled at this point. Today got email saying part will be dispatched 5th may. I guess The part never came in and the payment email is a con to buy them more time.”

“Never trust this company. Had a customer waiting for a part for her oven ordered it for next day delivery nope never come. The delivery company said they did not receive it and Buyspares said they have sent it a load of bull! Buyspares refused to send out another as they said it is not our policy to do so so we will give you a refund. Meanwhile, I am left with an angry customer with a broken cooker who can not cook dinner to feed her family and Buyspares couldn't care less. Here is a copy of the chat log!!! “I wish i could give ZERO stars vs 1. Buyers beware, these people do not answer here emails from there website, they do send you the stuff you order but they have ZERO communications!! Asked them for a tracking number they wouldn't even email that to me. I wouldn't EVER buy from this place again!! I would rather pay double or triple for good customer service vs this place!!”

“I’m giving 1 star because there no option to give none or minus, these people are scammers, please dont buy anything, i had to cancel my card because they kept on making charges to it and to be honest i dont think i will ever get my item, not honest people!!”

“Absolutely dreadful service They have taking 3 separate payments from my account the payment for the part and then 2 further payments in the last 2 days I can’t get in contact with anyone I have had to cancel my bank card they are a scam please do not use this site”

“Ordered a replacement coffee carafe on 12/30/2020 and it never arrived. When I placed the order, I thought it was a UK company that had a base here in the US. Misleading website. No tracking available, no online chat. Fortunately, my card was immediately credited when I contacted my credit card company. Beware!”

“Ordered a Samsung door seal, paid for next day delivery and opted for local dpd store collection rather than home delivery as it said on buyspares site order up until 9pm for next day noon collection Today, it hasn't even been dispatched. Went on buyspares online chat and exclaimed this and copy and pasted the text and said your website is misleading, incorrect information and was told no its 2pm by one advisor. Went back on and asked another advisor and told it used to be 9pm but yesterday and today its 2pm due to "operational issues". Highly doubt this. I asked to cancel the order at 11:30am and told no you can't its ready for dispatch, but hold on the cutoff is 2pm, so surely I have until 2pm to cancel before its dispatched.”

“Still awaiting delivery so I tried to Track the parcel as per their email. All I got was 'Despatched'. I contacted via Live Chat, got to number 1 in queue and then it said all operators busy try again later. Eventually got through to be told no tracking is available for my parcel. Disgusting company. No way will I ever use them again.”

“Wouldnt provide me with tracking info. 10 days after I ordered they notified me that it was out of stock until the end of that week. They then said it had just come into stock and that they were dispatching it to me at that very moment. 4 more days passed, they wouldnt respond via live chat, and then emailed to say it was out of stock again for another 33 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I ordered an item from them ~1 month ago. It was never delivered. I reached out to them 3 times and they never responded. It has been a month and I still don't have my part. My dishwasher has been broken the whole time. Ugh”
