“It's a scam. You won't get the part you ordered. buyspares.com doesn't have customer service. There's no number to call. They won't respond to your email.”

“Absolute trash. I hope the next person finds these reviews before ordering from this place. I just needed a cap with gasket for my washer drain. No where sells just that piece so I thought I was in luck to find it here. Unfortunately it’s been a week now. No updates or information other than ‘dispatched’ I emailed them and got a response of basically “it takes 7-14 days but don’t contact us until 21 days” you also can’t change delivery speed. You get no actual tracking. You basically pay and hope it shows up. I fully intend to get my money back if the item does not arrive by day 10 considering they do not state anywhere the ‘7-14’ day time they sent me. So I hope the next person sees this and I’m telling you as a real person. Go find somewhere else. You’ll get better service. Tracking. And your item in the delivery time frame.”

“One of the worst fraud companies that I have seen. Send the wrong part and then when you try to send it back it costs $45. I contacted my credit card company who in turned contacted the company so I got my full refund. Still have the part but I guess they don't want it back. HORRIBLE THEIVES.”

“HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! First of all the product descriptions are INCORRECT, second, when you try to return them their Support team is USELESS. I bought a fridge shelf which description said it fits all whirlpool fridges, FIRST LIE. Second one, the website is unacceptable, I had to contact their support team over 10 times because the website did not allow me to generate a return label for Ireland. THIRD, the team referred me to their live chat service for immediate assistance, when I check the website, surprise! They do not have chat active at the moment. Then.. WHY are you referring me to it!!! FOURTH their website says that I would get a return confirmation email when they received my part, I contact them via email because I have not received such an email and then Luke from the sales team says that they do not send those emails... Seriously, I could not RECOMMEND IT LESS.”

“Still awaiting delivery so I tried to Track the parcel as per their email. All I got was 'Despatched'. I contacted via Live Chat, got to number 1 in queue and then it said all operators busy try again later. Eventually got through to be told no tracking is available for my parcel. Disgusting company. No way will I ever use them again.”

“Wouldnt provide me with tracking info. 10 days after I ordered they notified me that it was out of stock until the end of that week. They then said it had just come into stock and that they were dispatching it to me at that very moment. 4 more days passed, they wouldnt respond via live chat, and then emailed to say it was out of stock again for another 33 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Worst customer service and experience. Waited 6 weeks for a Maytag clothing dryer part. After following up many times, they updated me after 6 weeks to tell me that the package was lost and that I would be reimburse. Didn't even attempt to rectify the situation and to ship another part. Unacceptable! Please DO NOT waste your time and deal with them....”

“I ordered a part and got a confirmation email for the order but when no shipping confirmation came I sent an email. They got back to me to confirm that a shipping confirmation was sent. I checked my spam folder and sure enough there it was. Unfortunately I had already sent a complaint which was responded to next day and even followed up with a international phone call. I must admit after reading all the bad rap here that i jumped to the conclusion these people were not up to scratch. Perhaps now that they have been bought out by a larger company it is time to give them a chance. I must say the part I wanted was a good price and hard to get anywhere else. Shipping cost was good too. But Royal mail for international can take ages. I know people only post when they have a bad experience and all the good experiences wont bother. So here is one just to be fair.”

“Never supplied the ordered part, never responded to a refund. No contact telephone numbers, no online chat, automated emails to keep you waiting with no estimated delivery dates, part showed as in stock when ordered suddenly out of stock - ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“I ordered a filter for a kettle, after three weeks I sent an email. No response, I was them told the part wouldn't be available until September ! I cancelled the order and asked for a refund , still waiting. Don't waste your time with this company.”
