“Parts never arrived. Then the refund amount was not what I paid. Major scam of a company. Probably didn't send parts in the first place.”

“One parcel came damaged both phone numbers not available on line chat unavailable. Second parcel didn't fit when I email them keep getting told to download label for returning how can I wen no invoices came with details on them also absolutely ridiculous 🙄”

“Good morning, This company is dishonest. I ordered a part well received according to order number OH90930351. I just had to pay customs fees. And this despite several reminders, when they sent me an email to tell me that they were going to reimburse me for these costs of 21 euros. They have been leading me for 3 months, no refund. What a shame!! Site to avoid”

“Customer service really needs to be revised, retrained and their SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) need to be updated to give the customer a stress free experience when something goes wrong as I believe they don’t implement the right procedures when sending out damaged goods and then to have to keep following up on a refund to be passed off saying it’s been processed but has not hit my bank account yet and then blame the bank for it not going through in the promised time!! Really!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT SHAM COMPANY.”

“Following on from my last review. It is now 5 days since I contacted the company and despite sending reminders they have not contacted me regarding my problem. They did reply to my previous review on Trust Pilot but this was obviously a copy & paste reply and it was obvious that they had not read my review. If they should read this one I will continue to post negative reviews until they respond to my request! Beware this company does not publish a telephone contact number and so far I have waited 2 hours 22 mins for them to respond to a request for a "Live Chat" BEWARE!! My first response from them was on 12/09/23 when they said: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting BuySpares. Your enquiry has been assigned ticket ref: cWkJjl Please quote this reference in any future correspondence. A member of our Customer Experience Team will be in contact within the next 3 to 4 working days.( response times may be longer over weekends and Bank Holidays) We would like to thank you for your patience. You can also use our website to access FAQs, track your order and request an online return. Kind regards, Customer Experience Team I have gone back to them 9 times and each time I only get the same format reply. I am still waiting for a refund. Use this company at your Peril!”

“Never supplied the ordered part, never responded to a refund. No contact telephone numbers, no online chat, automated emails to keep you waiting with no estimated delivery dates, part showed as in stock when ordered suddenly out of stock - ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“I ordered a filter for a kettle, after three weeks I sent an email. No response, I was them told the part wouldn't be available until September ! I cancelled the order and asked for a refund , still waiting. Don't waste your time with this company.”

“SCAM avoid them. No way of contacting them after you order. Do not respond to any contact I have tried 7 times in 2 weeks. Left with no alternative than to try clain S75 claimback and to report them to Trading Standards”

“I bought a Dyson spare part, very expensive. Nowhere in the purchase process did they tell me that they were not an Irish site despite the dot ie and that I'd be stung for customs charges. You can find a reference to them sending from UK ( that's where they really are, not Ireland ) hiddne under Terms and Conditions / Payment Methods at the bottom. Not really up front. I'll not be taken in again and I recommend anyone to take care when ordering from this crowd.”

“Absolute trash. I hope the next person finds these reviews before ordering from this place. I just needed a cap with gasket for my washer drain. No where sells just that piece so I thought I was in luck to find it here. Unfortunately it’s been a week now. No updates or information other than ‘dispatched’ I emailed them and got a response of basically “it takes 7-14 days but don’t contact us until 21 days” you also can’t change delivery speed. You get no actual tracking. You basically pay and hope it shows up. I fully intend to get my money back if the item does not arrive by day 10 considering they do not state anywhere the ‘7-14’ day time they sent me. So I hope the next person sees this and I’m telling you as a real person. Go find somewhere else. You’ll get better service. Tracking. And your item in the delivery time frame.”

“One of the worst fraud companies that I have seen. Send the wrong part and then when you try to send it back it costs $45. I contacted my credit card company who in turned contacted the company so I got my full refund. Still have the part but I guess they don't want it back. HORRIBLE THEIVES.”

“I ordered a oven seal for my father who needed it for his oven quite quickly so ordered one for him as you do. On both the order and the shipping note it says OVEN SEAL but a HDMI cable has been sent out! I ordered it nearly 2 weeks ago now and even paid £4.99 delivery for it but I still don’t have the correct item After sending in a email saying the wrong item has been sent out and could the right one be sent out also if they wanted the HDMI cable back could they send me a returns label and I would have to out my way and post it back to them but it’s a business I understand that. But after another email and a phone call through to there sister company who told me I couldn’t have a phone number for them as they don’t take calls and that a manager from buyspares would be emailed and someone would call me back TODAY but still no one has replied to my emails and no phone call back nothing so even after 3 emails and a phone call I still have no oven seal for my fathers oven. I just don’t get it on one email they told me they needed to do an investigation, A investigation into what the person picking has picked the wrong item or the wrong item was in the wrong bin and picked the and packed the wrong item what investigation needs to be done really….the wrong item has been sent and they have known this for a week now but they still have not sent the right item. Unlike most companies that I have sent the wrong item out to me in the past they just send the right one out to you for next day and for such a low cost item like a hdmi cable the postage costs would out weigh the value of the item so say just keep it I have a box of hdmi cables they come with every you would need one for nowadays So I still have no idea if the correct item will turn up or just order one from somewhere else hopefully they will get it Right it’s not hard really It’s the only company I know of that won’t even send out the correct item out even though it’s there error and mistake. Unbelievably BAD experience Do not use”
