I´m using Buyee since a couple of years now and I was never disappointed.
Fees are a little bit pricely but frequently they offer coupons to exclude the service fee or %-off coupons for international shipping.

“I use Buyee to shop on Mercari Japan, and have ordered many items with them. The fees may add up, but they often have coupons to exclude the service fee, which is really nice!
I've tried two different ways of shipping, the time can vary depending on your country's policies when it comes to packages, so be aware it can take time to get to you (DHL is super fast, but a little pricey).
All packages I've gotten were intact with zero damage.
Their customer service provides quick responses and is easy to communicate with!
Buyee also doesn't include sold out items when you search on Mercari, so you don't have to be disappointed when you click on an item that's not available anymore.”
“My shopping experience with Buyee has been great, although a little bit pricey.
You can bid without a previous deposit in Yahoo! Auctions, which is quite good! But most of the time, you have to pay a 500 Yen fee per item bought + shipping from the sellers to the warehouse in Japan, then international shipping again.
That being said, everything I've bought has been bought by the Buyee team flawlessly and the fact that they have occasional %off coupons for international shipping or coupons for free fees makes Buyee a great service if you want to buy safely from Mercari, Rakuten and others! Just keep in mind the fees haha.

“Buyee has been an excellent service for buying hard to find items on mercari. I’ve used other proxy service before, and Buyee has a very simple and straightforward method/platform for costumers to use and feel comfortable with. My review with be solely for Mercari purchases.
Pros:
-Excellent customer service. They usually respond in less than 24 hours.
-Simple platform to use and navigate to help find items
- Multiple shopping options (currently limited due to Covid-19)
- amazing promotions that customers would surely take advantage of.
Cons- (sadly this is the biggest one for me) there is usually a small delay from the moment you choose to purchase and the moment Buyee actually makes the purchase. Because of this, I sometime have lost hard to find items since I could not buy it on the spot.
- some sellers on mercari require communication for prices, but currently Buyee does not offer this service. They did provide an email that they are working on this and may offer it in the future.
Overall, I have greatly enjoyed using Buyee and will continue doing so in the future.”

“BUYEE.com let you choose, buy, and bid from several Japanese-based shopping and auction websites, i.e. Yahoo! JAPAN Auction, Yahoo! JAPAN Shopping, Mercari, Rakuten, and ZOZOTOWN. Its service is not as flexible as Ebay.com, especially, shipping service and shipping cost estimation, however, some of items on Yahoo! JAPAN Auction are difficult to find on Ebay at a friendly cost.
Please note that buyer or bidder need to pay for a minimum service fee of 500 JPY plus optional fee for package investigation service and insurance (300+200 JPY). Additionally, for most of Yahoo! JAPAN Auction, local shipping cost from seller to warehouse and oversea shipping cost, will be charged at buyer; this fee cannot be accurately predetermined thought. Some of sellers would offer to handle local shipping cost.
Package consolidation service is supposed to decreased overall shipping cost for combined 2 or more items but please keep in mind that shipping charge cannot be accurately predetermined. Thus, sometimes, shipping charge for separated shipping might be lowered than consolidated shipping since additional 500 JPY will be charged for each consolidated item.
Customer service is professional, kind, and helpful. Responding period is not so long and acceptable.
In summary, BUYEE is a practical way to select and buy items you are looking for from Japan without much shipping restrictions.”
“Buyee gives you several shipping options (depending on weight). They will only show you auctions where the seller is willing to ship internationally. The only thing I think could add combined shipping. I need to send individually, but sometimes I want to combine shipping. Some auctions are prohibited from sale as of the title, possibly indicating a junk item. Buyee is heaven for Hobbies, who prefers Japanese stuff.”
“I was introduced to Buyee from a friend, we both collect vintage toys from Japan and Buyee helps us greatly by giving us access to Yahoo Japan Auctions etc.
It’s a great way to get ahold of old Japanese collectibles since the sellers are from the country, and for good prices, I’ve never seen the items cheaper than they are here.
I really enjoy the warehouse, as auctions take days to finish and ship, it’s nice to have a place where I can consolidate all my winnings and ship together, saving shipment costs.
While I have yet to ship anything directly to my house yet (I’m still waiting for 1 order to arrive at the warehouse) My friend has mentioned the shipping is reasonable and timely.

“One of the best place to get items from Japan. I’ve been using Buyee for 2 years already and so far haven’t yet disappointed. Of course there are few stuffs that can be improved such as the page navigation (especially the mobile version) but I do have to say that some of the price that Buyee are charging are quite high especially on the direct delivery and the consolidation package, those are ones that will be the first and last time for me. Overall Buyee offers great services for my needs.”
