“My wishbone chair just arrived today and it is soo super beautiful! Really well made solid wood and seems like it will last. I got Walnut and natural paper cord - thought it would be slightly darker but I love the colour.
I bought it as a desk chair and it’s super comfortable with the paper cord seat and arms so I’m really happy with it. When I ordered it said it would be delivered by a date after Easter but it came so quickly - only took around 2 days to arrive which was about a week quicker than I expected! Customer services were also great although I did not experience any issues - I posted my delivery on Instagram and they replied to me to say they are glad it had arrived which was sweet. Price was great compared to similar chairs on other sites I looked at. Overall, super happy with my new fancy chair and service!”

“So I have just received my lounge chair that I ordered 3weeks ago and as you probably saw in the description I wanted to thank ByKallevig for their service. I am not a person who constantly wants to be angry about something but I value transparency so so much and that is exactly what happened here.
So as soon as I ordered my lounge chair on February the 15th I have received a call saying that I will wait 2 weeks longer for my lounge chair to arrive. At first, I was a bit confused but the lovely customer service agent explained that due to their change of courier service and the current COVID 19 situation my parcel will be late. The thing that really reassured me tho was his promise that he will personally inform me about the situation in two weeks.
I decided to wait as I really liked the price and the product seemed like it has good quality as well.
Fast forward two weeks ahead I received the call from the agent that I already spoke with which gave me some comfort, to be honest. I was ordering a lot online in the past and so many times I was angry at the customer service that just seemed off and not engaged. If there was a problem I was fine with that but as I said I wanted to feel honesty and commitment. So the agent told me that my lounge chair had arrived at the warehouse but won’t be dispatched today. As I understood the reason was the scanning of the parcels before they can ship them to me so some additional safety checks. The good thing is that I received tracking details to prove that the same day!
Three days later I think I checked the tracking and saw that the parcel was on the way to my home so I received it shortly afterward. One more thing I would like to mention is that there is a cool option to schedule the delivery which really came in handy since I am not home every day and I need to schedule my time.
The couriers who brought the chair were super nice and they respected all the safety measures as well which means a lot especially because in our family we have people that are over 60.
The quality of the chair is great and we are satisfied but as I said the main part that really stood out for me was the constant feedback and support I was receiving if it weren’t for that maybe I would’ve given up on my order.
ByKallevig is a lovely company with some amazing pieces of furniture and if you wait a bit I am sure that it will be worth it as long as you are well informed.
