“Absolute pile of cr*p. bought an adjustable desk as it seemed like very good quality.
1. Top part arrived within good time, bottom part was then lost apparently. After 2 weeks, when I said I wanted to return top because they couldn't give me a suggested arrival time I was told I'd have to pay for return myself!!! They eventually conceded and agreed to send replacement legs which arrived within a few days.
2. In any case, top part had a massive dent in it once it arrived.
3. Legs eventually arrived but:
3a. one of the screw holes was defective so the screw won't go through it and metal stand therefore not entirely secure
3b. holes on underside of top didn't align IN ANY WAY with the legs. Was told that in order to get this fixed I would have to go through some laborious process involving making a video and sending everything back (no doubt at cost to myself).
Deciding that it was easier to just make new holes myself, I did. And eventually attached legs to top. None of this should have impacted the adjustable mechanism. Table worked fine in terms of moving up and down. FOR 2 DAYS. Having not touched it over xmas (about 8 days) I have gone to start work and the mechanism is no longer working. Have tried resetting, and followed all advice for troubleshooting. And the power pack just clicks.
Personnel working for ByKellevig perfectly pleasant, but the product is a pile of nonsense. I am soooooooooooo disappointed. Now I have what is effectively a standing desk and completely the wrong height and a sore bank balance. total and utter nonsense.”

“Really avoid this company! The small print says you have to pay for return to uk depot which is in Ipswich! For me that is £150 to return a £700 table. Delivery was a nightmare. And they do claim you can’t damage delivery box if you want to return - even though the one I had already had been resealed.”
“We bought the “intelligent” office desk that can be used in either a sitting or standing position. If you have time to waste then this is the desk for you. The desk arrived in two parts, first the top and then the legs after chasing.
The instructions to assemble the desk are out of date, the assembly has been “improved” for customer benefit apparently but not the instructions to go with them which still show the old parts.
And now we’re still trying to fix the desk top to the legs with silicone pads we don’t have and the instructions they send (which weren’t with the original delivery) don’t match what we’re being asked to do.
So maybe the Wishbone chair is the thing to buy, I won’t be buying anything else I’ve wasted too much time already”
“I would really recommend against buying from this store. I bought a table, which arrived in a very heavy wooden box. The box is designed so that you can't reseal it and it's very hard to open without damaging it. There are sharp staples all around the edge and the wood splinters as you pull them out.
Conveniently, the return policy states that you can't return it unless it's in 'unused original packaging'. If the box shows signs of use, you are charged a 30% fee. On a £700 table, this is substantial. Because it's an online only store, you don't actually see the product unless you open the box.”

Ordered all 6 chairs on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday!! Each one packaged really well and looked exactly as the picture on your website. “Avoid this company at all costs, they tried to scam me out of nearly £1000 for chairs I never ordered. They seemed to employ a fake debt collection company to threaten me.
I suspect that most of their reviews are false, and they have a habit of reporting bad reviews as false, knowing most people won't bother to upload evidence to prove them correct.
No wonder they removed their review section on facebook.”
“Had a slightly unsettling feeling the moment I ordered my chair from this company. It took 2 weeks to arrive, despite stating "in stock" at the time of order. It arrived well flat-packed but was missing 1 of the 5 wheels required, rendering it unusable. Called them immediately asking for the missing wheel to be sent. Received a very vague response - was asked to send video evidence of item missing (?!) and a copy of my shipping label and was promised someone would respond asap. 24 hours have passed and no one has replied. “I bought the white leather high back chair. It looks great but unfortunately due to it being faux leather, it gets very warm and sweaty when using it. I decided to return it and reached out the same day of it being delivered to get return instructions. I also asked for further instructions to disassemble it as it turned out very challenging. I was not able to successfully disassemble it which was a requirement for returning it. Furthermore If I had been able to disassemble the chair (base is completely stuck) the company would charge me 30% off the refund as the chair now has a scratch on it due to the dissembling efforts. So in conclusion I am now stuck with the chair with no way to return it and hence would highly recommend against buying this chair.”
