I don’t know about others but I am so sceptical when it comes to the quality of the products both from online stores I am quite skeptical. I found this vegan leather lounge chair that I was searching for so long and the price was just right. I decided to take a risk and order from you guys.
The chair itself is actually pretty good and looks the same as in your pictures. I waited a bit longer than usual to get it but the functionality was my main priority so it’s all fine.
Three and a half months passed since we bought it, and everything is fine, lets see if it lasts it has great potential.”

The wait wasn’t even that long and now everyone is asking where I got my chair from hahah. I know it’s hard sometimes to trust brands that don’t have a store you can walk into and see the product but in this case it really paid off to have faith! :)”
“Delayed delivery but I was kept updated by live chat and over the email. Good service and lovely quality chair that is worth the wait. It was well packed when arrived, I was a bit worried about the damages but the chair arrived completely flawless. In the box you receive all necessary information and tools to assemble it so it was very easy to assemble the chair”
“I gotta say, having to deal with the couriers was starting to seriously get on my nerves recently, but the by kallevig customer service really helped me not lose my cool about it.
I was provided with the tracking number once that my parcel was sent out and I saw that my package was out for delivery, so I cleared out the rest of my day and sat at home waiting for the courier to come by. The hours went by and nothing. I started to get seriously frustrated as it’s not easy for me to simply take a whole day off so I reached out to by kallevig cs agents to see what was all this about.
The girl on the other end of the phone line was very pleasant, took my order number and promised to look into the issue for me. I stated that losing another day in waiting for the delivery wasn’t an option. I am very, very glad that they acted on this and reached out to the courier. Maybe half an hour ago, I got a call from the driver who apparently couldn’t find my building and for whatever reason had wrong contact number.
The delivery happened a bit later that day and the office chair I got is absolutely superb.
I am very grateful to the agents of by kallevig for helping me to deal with this frustrating situation and saved me from having to lose yet another day to get my product!”

“Bought a set of Wishbone Chairs on discount in January. There were some delays due to Brexit and Covid but the customer service had been very helpful and transparent, even noting to me when the goods are being held in customs. The only thing was that when I received a notification for delivery it was quite sudden but given lockdown we're always at home so was able to take the delivery without any issues. But all 4 chairs have now been received and I am very happy with them.
The Walnut stain is not as dark as my other walnut furniture, but small point to pick given that the chairs are so much cheaper than anywhere else I found. Quality seems pretty sturdy and they are very comfortable.
I once bought an Eames office chair from them as well and loved it. So far I would recommend them based on by 2 experiences.”

“I ordered a lounge chair from By Kallevig on 2nd of March and just received it today. It is a little bit longer shipping time than I expected, but with the covid restrictions and everything guess it’s not as bad.
While the wait was a bit frustrating I have to say that the quality is really impressive. Despite the low price, the product doesn’t look cheap at all, the seams are done very professionally, vegan leather looks lovely and the texture of wood is quite amazing, probably the best part.
I have to say that while the wait was mildly annoying, the customer care agents were very quick to reply to my emails, even called me to update me on the current status when my order was shipped, so I appreciate their dedication. I could also find the tracking number on the website so I could plan to be at home for the delivery.
Overall, it was a good experience and if I would go for another statement piece in the future, I would consider By Kallevig again.”
“Shame I can't mark 0 stars.
Following all the other reviews, my lounge chair ordered on 19th Jan for delivery on 4th Feb never kept up to the changing delivery date.
But by an amazing stroke of luck, after complaining, they switched to Tufnells and promised delivery would be next day from pickup - this of course never happened.... but after another chase, it DID eventually arrive by Tufnells only 5 days later.
But the best part! Having opened it, they have sent the base and back of the chair - but NOTHING ELSE! On inspection, the chair is clearly second hand - there are scratches on the metal work where the arm holders are and the leather seating is clearly marked where it has been previously assembled.
I've given them 24 hours to refund it, or will be issuing a chargeback through my credit card provider.
AVOID every ordering anything from this company...
Now need to get in touch with Trading Standards.”
