“So I have just received my lounge chair that I ordered 3weeks ago and as you probably saw in the description I wanted to thank ByKallevig for their service. I am not a person who constantly wants to be angry about something but I value transparency so so much and that is exactly what happened here.
So as soon as I ordered my lounge chair on February the 15th I have received a call saying that I will wait 2 weeks longer for my lounge chair to arrive. At first, I was a bit confused but the lovely customer service agent explained that due to their change of courier service and the current COVID 19 situation my parcel will be late. The thing that really reassured me tho was his promise that he will personally inform me about the situation in two weeks.
I decided to wait as I really liked the price and the product seemed like it has good quality as well.
Fast forward two weeks ahead I received the call from the agent that I already spoke with which gave me some comfort, to be honest. I was ordering a lot online in the past and so many times I was angry at the customer service that just seemed off and not engaged. If there was a problem I was fine with that but as I said I wanted to feel honesty and commitment. So the agent told me that my lounge chair had arrived at the warehouse but won’t be dispatched today. As I understood the reason was the scanning of the parcels before they can ship them to me so some additional safety checks. The good thing is that I received tracking details to prove that the same day!
Three days later I think I checked the tracking and saw that the parcel was on the way to my home so I received it shortly afterward. One more thing I would like to mention is that there is a cool option to schedule the delivery which really came in handy since I am not home every day and I need to schedule my time.
The couriers who brought the chair were super nice and they respected all the safety measures as well which means a lot especially because in our family we have people that are over 60.
The quality of the chair is great and we are satisfied but as I said the main part that really stood out for me was the constant feedback and support I was receiving if it weren’t for that maybe I would’ve given up on my order.
ByKallevig is a lovely company with some amazing pieces of furniture and if you wait a bit I am sure that it will be worth it as long as you are well informed.

I don’t know about others but I am so sceptical when it comes to the quality of the products both from online stores I am quite skeptical. I found this vegan leather lounge chair that I was searching for so long and the price was just right. I decided to take a risk and order from you guys.
The chair itself is actually pretty good and looks the same as in your pictures. I waited a bit longer than usual to get it but the functionality was my main priority so it’s all fine.

“I gotta say, having to deal with the couriers was starting to seriously get on my nerves recently, but the by kallevig customer service really helped me not lose my cool about it.
I was provided with the tracking number once that my parcel was sent out and I saw that my package was out for delivery, so I cleared out the rest of my day and sat at home waiting for the courier to come by. The hours went by and nothing. I started to get seriously frustrated as it’s not easy for me to simply take a whole day off so I reached out to by kallevig cs agents to see what was all this about.
The girl on the other end of the phone line was very pleasant, took my order number and promised to look into the issue for me. I stated that losing another day in waiting for the delivery wasn’t an option. I am very, very glad that they acted on this and reached out to the courier. Maybe half an hour ago, I got a call from the driver who apparently couldn’t find my building and for whatever reason had wrong contact number.
The delivery happened a bit later that day and the office chair I got is absolutely superb.
I am very grateful to the agents of by kallevig for helping me to deal with this frustrating situation and saved me from having to lose yet another day to get my product!”

“I ordered a lounge chair from By Kallevig on 2nd of March and just received it today. It is a little bit longer shipping time than I expected, but with the covid restrictions and everything guess it’s not as bad.
While the wait was a bit frustrating I have to say that the quality is really impressive. Despite the low price, the product doesn’t look cheap at all, the seams are done very professionally, vegan leather looks lovely and the texture of wood is quite amazing, probably the best part.
I have to say that while the wait was mildly annoying, the customer care agents were very quick to reply to my emails, even called me to update me on the current status when my order was shipped, so I appreciate their dedication. I could also find the tracking number on the website so I could plan to be at home for the delivery.
Overall, it was a good experience and if I would go for another statement piece in the future, I would consider By Kallevig again.”
