“Required tripod parts were not available in my local store. The assistant on the telephone ordered the parts to be delivered in a couple of days. I was telephoned when they arrived and I was able to collect at my convenience. A very efficient experience from pleasant staff.”

“Was very surprised (in a good way) to be able to discuss with a real professional who took time to give me advice without rushing me to finish the sale. Good prices as well, roughly equivalent to others (like Curry's), but with a excellent service and some good discounts sometimes. Would definitely recommend. [London Drummond Street store]”

“I always look to purchase my equipment from Calumet first at Drummond Street as I am always treated well by the team there who are knowledgeable and helpful. I recently purchased some Profoto flash gear and received good advice on a range of equipment. The gear I ordered arrived much quicker than I expected which was a bonus. Great service”
