“The roller bag insert that I bought fills its role perfectly and appears to be the only such product on sale in the UK. I only withdrew one star because it was out of stock for a long time and I began to think it was not going to be restocked.”

“Calumet staff are very good to deal with although we are having major problems with the delivery of our order to Malaga, Spain. The courier company SEUR that you use for the Spanish side of the delivery are useless and didn't call at our office at the times we work - they also didn't leave a slip to say they'd called and when we drove into Malaga city to collect the delivery from the head office we were told they had sent the order back to the UK. It says on their website that they keep deliveries for 7 days before returning them, but they returned it after 5 days. You cannot speak to them over the phone as everything is automated. We now have to wait a further 2 to 3 weeks for the order to get back to us after already having waited 3 weeks!”

“Calumet are willing to order the small things like the Canon wrist strap or lense hoods. Other dealers only want you to buy the lense but won't stock or order you the lense hood.”

“Overall service was good. Item arrived within two working days, as described and well packed. It would have been helpful to have received an email advising item had been dispatched and who was delivering it. Other than this niggle everything was OK.”

“They always get me the product no matter how rare or hard it is to get. I bought a Fujifilm from Calumet and I knew these were hard to get due to stock shortage from Fujifilm. I got mine within 2 months whereas some of my friends are still waiting as they bought elsewhere.”

“Calumet is a favourite store and the staff always make time and are very knowledgable and helpful. I try to buy everything from you so its very frustrating when you don't have the Canon lenses or currently the cards or the 24 to 105 lens I have on order. Today ,please cancel my order for the 2 cards as I found them on Amazon and if the 24/105 lens doesn't arrive before the 17th its a big problem for me as we start shooting that day. The 180 macro lens was a similar cliffhanger prior to a shoot in Colombia in February A rental won't do it as the shoot is on and off for the whole summer Thanks Michael McKinnon McKinnon Films”
