“I bought gift vouchers from Calumet, Bristol, by phone for my husband for Christmas. The young lady I spoke to was efficient, polite and helpful. I needed to make sure they didn't arrive with any indication of where they were from to keep it secret. They duly arrived in the post without any Calumet logo on the wrapping. Thank you”

“I have bought a number of products from Calumet Online and all received eventually - but my biggest gripe is that you never receive despatch notice email or any tracking number, have pointed this out to them but clearly to no avail .”

“Not entirely sure that they did ... I had an issue with a 1700 pound lens that was eventually left unresolved as a NFF after being sent to Canon uk ( who poorly attempted to scrub off the markings one the barrel I was complaining about.) Calumet however provided me with a replacement lens for the duration that I was without my own one which was appreciated ...”

“LED lights arrived swiftly. Look good. However, instructions on how to slot panels together are very unclear and I struggled for ages. I emailed customer services through the website but never got a reply. Eventually I managed to work out how to do it by myself but I felt Calumet could have been more helpful by writing better instructions and unsure why customer services never got back to me.”
