“The website is so easy to navigate and their prices are pretty competitive, and a big plus is they offer finance, very happy dy for the larger purchases. Ordering was a doddle and their delivery is very quick - next day is always nice! I had to contact them as the order appeared to be stuck but they were very prompt in getting back to me to assist. All in all Calshot are a great company who know how to treat their customers. I'd have no hesitation to buy from them again.”

“I purchased a Canon 5ds from Calumet during their open day in Manchester. Whilst the store was super busy I managed to be served by a few different members of staff within a few minutes of arriving. Everyone was knowledgable and happy to help. They didn't have the camera in stock but they managed to get it delivered to me the very next Saturday. Awesome service as it always is at Calumet.”

“The order was placed after 1500 and I did not expect the item to be delivered the next day. However, the item was delivered before noon on the next day which is outstanding. This is not the first time I have bought an item from Calumet and it is reassuring to find that their service is still outstanding.”

“I have been a calumet customer for many years. I recently needed some backup flash units and ordered a set of Bowens flash heads. Being in Edinburgh I imagined they would have to be ordered in from London. That was not the case, the lights were in stock and I picked them up the very next day. Good service as ever.”

“Delivery of lenses was next day with added bonus of being able to get delivery to workplace. Very efficient service and was pleasantly surprised they phoned my workplace just to check I did actually work there as added security. Got free monopod thrown in as well for good measure. No hesitation buying from again.”

“I recently upgraded my camera to a higher specification model. The level of service and attention to detail offered by the sales assistant, and the advice offered on the variety of options to consider was outstanding. A couple of accessories that I needed weren't in stock, but they worked hard to locate them from elsewhere and arranged to have them dispatched to my personal address at no additional cost. First rate service and customer care. I will be using them as my first port of call for all my photography needs!”

“I've dealt with Calumet for many years now, most of my purchases have been in the lighting, accessories and studio equipment categories. The service has always been excellent, with the majority of equipment being in stock, in the branch, but courier delivery from the warehouse has always been extremely fast.”
