“I went to the Hagley Road store in Birmingham, for a projector lamp for my old Rank Aldis piece of kit. I was delighted with the time and enthusiasm that the two assistants went about the task of taking apart my projector identifying the correct bulb ordering it. The replacement has just arrived. I could not have wanted better service.”

“The service from calumet is without doubt one of the best in the country . The staff have a very good knowledge off all the stores products and are only to willing to offer any help should you need it, this is done without the harassment that you get in some other stores. The range of products is excellent and the staff too, if you wish to go in and browse there is no pressure from them , all in all first class”

“I have purchased a number of used items from Calumet over the years and have always found their descriptions to be accurate and their pricing close too or below ebay prices. My latest purchase was a Nikon 80-400. I wanted to but it from a good dealer as it has a issue with the plastic collar that moves from M to A cracking. Arrived next day, extremely clean condition, works perfectly and have already got some great images of the moon with it. Very pleased with the lens and with the service from Calumet. Excellent.”
