“The sales assistants at the Glasgow branch were as always helpful, informative and interested in what I was doing as a professional photographer in order to help me make the correct choice of product, I have been buying equipment from the Glasgow branch for the past decade or so and have never had any reason to complain, I would like to in particular highlight the knowledge and engaging personality of Tommy Roger who has always, I felt, kept my best interests at the forefront of any transaction.”

“I've dealt with Calumet in Glasgow for a few years now and I'd recommend to anyone wishing to make a purchase of any photographic gear the staff there to anyone. The guy's are very very knowledgeable, helpful and professional and will be more than delighted to discuss your needs. Calumet may not be the cheapest compared to online box shifters but at the ned of the day if you need support of help with a purchase I know who I'd rather be dealing with compared to an”

“Whether I am buying new or have a difficulty with a malfunctioning part, staff at Calumet go the extra yard to help. I appreciate this and will return even if Calumet are slighting more costly than 'pilethemhigh.com'. I have also attended a few seminars and, like their sales activity, seminars have been excellent value, with speakers who are willing to spend time discussing solutions to my challenges. I have also bought Calumet own products. When I have (rarely) had a component failure Calumet staff have sorted the fault out quickly, efficiently and without fuss. For me, Calument is Win-Win.”
