“I bought the Profoto B2 kit the other day and the Calumet staff helping me could not have been more informed and helpful. I have been buying my equipment from Calumet for 8 years now and I really appreciate how Calumet been there since day 1 for me with a good range and excellent advice. And being a specialised jewellery photographer who travels a lot this super light Profoto travel kit will be perfect. Much better than the Quadra travel kit I have used previously.”

“From when Hargreaves joined Calumet and opened a large store in Litherland,Liverpool in the early 80s, it was always a great pleasure to visit and look at new developments. The staff were helpful and friendly. When I moved and visited the Manchester store, again all the staff were helpful. Then, Calumet moved onto the Dock estates in Liverpool and it was the only camera and photographic equipment supplier worth visiting. Now, living in the wilds, it is such a relief to be able to shop online. Deliveries are speedy and the staff at HQ are always ready to go the extra mile to be helpful. It would be a much poorer world without Calumet.”

“very good service and helpful not rushed at all , also an excellent selection off goods on display. I mainly do railway photography and bought the canon 10 to 18 mm lense for my canon 7d which gives a new dimension to my photographs far handier for museums where space is very enclosed , ive submitted one photo and whilst on a very low iso and speed shows the loco practically pouncing on you and hopefuly with a bit more experience with this lense should provide some excellent results , please open a photographic store in Dundee or perth as we have very few stores for photography”

“The staff in Calumet at Wardour St London are very helpful and knowledgeable. Range is fantastic and if they don't have an item in stock will source it a quickly as possible from another store. Very good service.”

“Excellent choice of offers and demos, Tigz Rice was worth going to the event just for her insight into Lightroom and Wacom tablets. Plenty of staff and the hot dogs and sensor cleaning were a bargain. Looking forward to the next one. Top tip: make sure you arrive early as it does get very busy by lunchtime. Peter”

“Ordered a light stand and Calumet Umbrella Adapter with Hot Shoe . Placed the order on Sunday and they were with me by Tuesday morning. Both products are Calumets own brands, well made and fit for the job. I'd certainly have no hesitation in using Calumet again in the future.”

“I have just taken up photography and used calumet in Edinburgh to buy a mono-pod and the staff were excellent. knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I returned with my wife a few days later and again we both found the staff were excellent and spent the time making sure she had the right lens that she needed, no hard sell just old fashioned good sales. would recommend Calumet to anyone.”

“It wasn't my first purchase from Calumet and again I was pleased with a quality of the service. I have ordered quite a few items in one transaction. All arrived next day very carefully packed. Customer service is excellent. When I rang for some extra information about products availability and finance options, I was very pleased with the advise and the way Calumet is handling phone calls from their customers. Will definitely buy from Calumet in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!”

“The courses are very good . I have attended at least two other courses. The only thing I would say about calumet is that there should be more discounts for students . Camera equipment is very expensive and even if it was accessories that were more likely to be offered on a discount , that would be sufficient. I still shop with amazon as once you look into it , usually the price is slightly cheaper /no charge for delivery /more reliable delivery .”
