“After having to return a camera for return for the second time to say I was a little unhappy was an understatement. Step in branch manager Lesley to the rescue, all I can say is fantastic customer service. I could not have asked for a better outcome, highly recommended. This is the sort of professional service others should seek to replicate. Calumet and especially Lesley are absolute stars, first class, very many thanks for your efforts in resolving my problem.”

“Delivery of in-stock items is very quick and the goods arrive extremely well packed. On a couple of occasions I've contacted Calumet with a query and the service has always been courteous and helpful.”

“Went into the shop with a reasonable idea of what I wanted and found the salesperson to be helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable on Nikon cameras and lenses as well as being able to advise between the differences between my two choices. This was my first visit to a Calumet store but will certainly not be my last. Frank from Bearsden Glasgow”

“This will be a very short review as all there is to say about my experience with Calumet's Glasgow store is that it was: - ABSOLUTELY SUPERB……!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone as the care that was taken of me, as a disabled customer, was second to none!”
