“Staff very approachable, and gave me very good advice! I'm only an amateur photographer, and am not too aware of different lenses, but the staff took the tine to explain things to me in an effective calm manner. Very pleased with the customer service! Not going to be shopping anywhere else for my camera needs!!!”

“I am always confident that when I go to Calumet Manchester I am going to get great service. They know me because I buy most of my gear from there. I don't like buying expensive gear from the internet. Also, I like to take my time. Staff at Calumet have no problem with this.”

“It's great having so much equipment under one roof and people who really know their stuff. The service is second to none making it a pleasure to shop. The 30 days returns policy and price matching pledge is very helpful. My first thought when I am thinking of new equipment is Calumet. The coffee is good too!!”

“I recently visited the Manchester store to select a new camera bag.. Staff were very helpful and took time to choose the right bag. They had a wide range of bags to choose from and helped me try out bags to see how my lenses fitted. Just great.”
