“Team always very well informed and friendly Any goods supplied - top quality however; waiting time to be served is slow - on one occasion, around lunch time, 20 minutes wait for a 30 sec yes/no query - desk often unattended or slow the invoicing receipt system seems to be a contributory factor in creating delay.”
