“I spent a lot of time trying to find the right bike ‘trunk’ for a Christmas present for my wife. I should have gone to Bike Shop Hub first. They had what I needed at a price that was fair. Shipping was prompt”

“My first time shopping experience was fine. I ordered front and rear panniers. The front panniers were back ordered, but the turn around time to fill the back order was reasonable, 7 to 10 business days. I was pleased with the phone and email contacts re: updates on the back order. I'll shop again.”

“BikeShopHub sells top quality merchandise. They had accessories for my German lights cheaper than me importing them. I also see they carry many brand names of cycling packing gear I’ve been considering. Dinged for one star due to an IT issue regarding item availability that has been resolved.”

“Although delivery took a while to start due to a backorder issue, the goods arrived safely and assembled trouble free. This was a Robert Axle Project and encompassed a few unknowns for me. BikeShopHub removed the unknowns expertly and all went well.”

“Light and motion seca big battery... Recieved next day air 1630hrs not 1030hrs but none the less the important bits made it in time for the spouse birthday! Did not receive the handle bar attachment?!? Open box? What ever... Great light and mathew made sure it was out the door for me to receive and gift away on time! Thank you cheers”

“I ordered a fender for a bob yak trailer that I got on Craigslist. It arrived without the mounting wire, so I emailed info@bikeshophub.com. They mailed me the mounting wire right away. Occasional mistakes are inevitable in any business, and how they are dealt with is the real key to being a good company... and Bike shop hub did the right thing no questions asked. I will definitely use them again.”

“The bag looks professional. It clips right on to the handle bars and unclipping it and using it as a sling pack is easy and stylish. Highly recommend it. One caveat though is that the instruction sheet is one hundred percent useless. Suggest you refer to the youtube article rather than try to explain it with symbols....”
