“The item arrived in perfect condition, and on time. The inability to contact anyone over the weekend, for an "online" store was frustrating. (I understand you have a physical location). Additionally, both the website and the phone message stated a specific time that someone would be available, by phone, and they weren't for quite a while after. It just kept saying it was outside "open" hours, which was not accurate. I did appreciate getting a call back later, but when you are doubling the cost of the product to get it shipped ASAP, it would be nice to have someone available, at least during stated open times, to verify shipment.”

“BikeShopHub had exactly the item I was looking for, at a good price. They shipped quickly, and now I have a Revelate Spocket for my bikepacking gear. The Spocket will do double-duty as an additional pocket on my daypack when hiking, too.”

“I ordered a frame bag for my new adventure bike. I ordered a medium Revelate Ripio bag, based on hand measurements. But when it arrived, it was too large, even though it would have been the right size for my road bike and my touring bike. Bikebagshop promptly accepted my return and sent a smaller bag. Lesson learned: Use a cardboard cutout to size frame bags. It was my mistake, and the merchant was gracious and prompt.”

“I was able to find the backpack I was looking for at a great price and then for the extra win I had to call them for help checking out and got somebody on the line who was able to guide me through my issue (and it really was *my* issue) and made sure they'd make sure everything turned out ok! They lived up to and went way beyond the recommendation I'd gotten to use them.”
