“I have visited many websites over the last 2 weeks as I need to order gear after a 20year absence from bicycle touring. Your website is the best as far as I am concerned, for up-to-snuff functionality, pleasing "look and feel", and the well-done branding. And importantly someone (the owner in my case) answers the phone (!) when there is a special need - like the one I had. And you had items in stock while other did not. I will be returning regularly when I need things, or just to read the blog. Thanks again for your help!”

“The mail was extremely slow and I had doubts of my purchase arriving in time for Christmas so I contacted the store. They tracked my order and found it was on the way but stuck in transit it seemed. They were extremely helpful and went far and above trying to help me. An amazing thing happened, they offered to send another of the same item at no cost to me. If I received the first item I would then refuse delivery on the second order. They were so nice to talk to and very helpful! I highly recommend this store! Karen Mumma”

“Very Helpful Team - even though I am thousands of miles away from USA I received prompt and very helpful advice on my choices. Order was completed simply and easily, and (although need to be patient for International Delivery) I am looking forward to receiving my order soon. So currently cant report on delivery time, but ordering and dispatch were very fast.”

“Psyched to get my new Ortlieb bag. Bag was on sale, but on backorder. Bag came sooner than orginally stated. Campfire cycling was easy to order on their site and would order their great bikepacking products again.”
