“Psyched to get my new Ortlieb bag. Bag was on sale, but on backorder. Bag came sooner than orginally stated. Campfire cycling was easy to order on their site and would order their great bikepacking products again.”

“I've ordered a couple of items from CampfireCycling now and have been very happy with the service. They tend to have some of the touring/camping items that I need in stock when other places don't. “The store is generally geared toward bikepacking and touring. Campfire Cycling incorporated The Touring Store, an online provider of Ortlieb bags and Tubus racks. Campfire still sells Tubus racks and Ortlieb (and other) bags, but also sells trailers, camping equipment, and electronics. They don’t sell all the tchotchkes you would find at a big outdoor equipment store, but they seem to concentrate on higher-quality equipment. If you’re in the market for the kind of stuff they sell but don’t know all the ins and outs of picking good equipment, you can pretty much count on the inventory to suit your needs. The site has a Blog section with advice, how-tos, and ride descriptions. I’ve bought equipment from them for years.The order response is quick and accurate, and they answer their emails.”

“a small, independent company that has great customer service to go along with an amazing amount of bike touring gear. it's easy to get on their website for selection, reviews and even get answers if you're not sure of what to order. years ago i was on a bike tour in northern california and they got my replacement parts to me A.S.A.P...... how cool was that???”

“Probably the best cycle touring and camping bike store I have ever been to. Before the pandemic, they even organized a class for first time cycle campers and then took them on an overnighter the following weekend. Awesome selection, great staff, and also they will hunt for things you would like--odd components, gear you have seen on the internets.”

“Super chill shop. Top marks across the board. Needed new tires, panniers, and assorted gear. Stopped by the shop. Greg was very friendly and helpful. This is the only shop in town (that I know of) that specializes in bikepacking and touring set-ups, which is perfect for me. Also helps that this is my neighborhood shop. Pretty slick website to boot. Well done!”

“I ordered a number of bikepacking bags from CampfireCycling.com with some being in stock and some being backordered due to the heavy demand this year. Campfire was excellent to work with. They sent me the bags that were in stock and kept be informed as to when the other bags became available. I now have all of my new gear and everything arrived properly packaged and in brand-new condition. I will definitely order from CampfireCycling again when I'm in the market for some more great gear!”
