“During a global pandemic when new bikes and bike parts have become difficult to come by, Josh was able to find the bike we wanted. Communication was good and everything went smoothly with the mail order delivery.”

“Fantastic work! I went to get the rear shock on my Salsa Horsethief checked out, and it turned out to need a rebuild. Throughout the time the bike was in for repairs, Greg was communicative about what needed to be done. When I got the bike back, it rode better than new. Couldn't have asked for more!”

“There are so many bike shops and so many online options for bike-related stuff. It was great to find a shop focused on bike travel, may favorite type of bicycling. I purchased the Revelate Salty Roll, MSR Trail Mini Solo, and a trucker hat. Appreciate the free and fast shipping, and being able to find some things that were out of stock in other stores.”

“I was lucky to be able to shop in person at the showroom in Tucson. Very good COVID precautions are taken, and only 4 customers allowed in the store at a time. It was great to be able to check out the bikes/gear in person rather than just online. I was able to try different frame bags on my bike and choose the best fit. Also, Josh took the time to talk with me about local routes and riding in this area. Awesome, unique bike shop! So great to be able to see so many bikepacking specific products and try them on your bike.”

“I purchased a set of Ortlieb Sport Packer panniers and a Surly front rack from the Garage Sale section for my wife's Disc Trucker in preparation for an upcoming tour this summer and couldn't be happier. The price was fantastic and the fit was spot on. Josh and his crew are great to deal with. Campfire Cycling is definitely the Best Bike Shop in Tucson!!”

“I couldn't be happier with all of our experiences with Campfire. Josh and Greg are always super nice and welcoming. They always respond to my emails with helpful, honest information. When purchasing a new gravel bike they went above and beyond to help get the fit right and swapped out the stock tires with something more appropriate for the conditions I ride at no cost. All the maintenance and upgrade work they have done for me has been at very reasonable rates and has come out perfect. The only bike shop I go to in Tucson now.”

“Campfire Cycling is the bike shop I have been waiting to find and man, am I glad I did. Walking through the door was like walking into my virtual shopping list. Every bike and bag I have been researching for over 2 years was now in front of me. Being careful not to drool on the bikes I sorted through Salsa, Bombtrack and Surly touring rigs until I found the Straggler I would take off their hands. A very casual, no pressure environment I felt very at home. The kind of place that would probably let you stay overnight if it meant testing out some gear. I enjoyed conversing with the staff whom are very knowledgeable and it was easy to speak " bike packing " while being understood. Definitely my go to shop now and I will highly recommend them to all looking for an experience like I had. Thanks Campfire. I love my bike and really look forward to coming back for more.”

“I had been following Campfire Cycling on line for a few months but had never had an opportunity to visit until my bike frame cracked. I saw online that they had received a few Surly bikes and the next thing you know I’m riding a new Krampus! Greg was super helpful and made it super easy to buy the right bike for me. “I’m truly impressed with Campfire Cycling! I’m not new to mountain biking or cross-country endurance racing, but I am new to bikepacking. With that said, I just recently discovered Campfire Cycling through bikepacking.com, and I’m so glad I did! I recently made two separate online orders. It was a super easy online purchase process. I bought a Brooks Cambium C17 All-Weather Saddle and an Oveja Negra Half Pack. Both orders arrived within 1 day, and in perfect condition! Your shop looks impressive online, and I’m very much I’m looking forward to making my way to Tucson to visit the shop. I have a lot to learn about bikepacking, and I’m looking forward to meeting the Campfire Cycling family, and discussing and learning as much as I can about bikepacking from you guys.
