“I was thrilled when I found the cycling jacket at Campfire that I'd been looking for, for months. I ordered it immediately, expecting that it would take 2-3 weeks to get. I was thrilled, again, when it showed up at my door in less than a week. Now I'm working on willing the cycling season to start early in Minnesota. I may see if Campfire Cycling customer service can help with that...”

“My first experience shopping at CampfireCycling.com was a total success. The website was easy to navigate, as was checkout. I did have to contact customer service because I screwed up on something, but they helped me quickly and efficiently. My order arrived really fast (just a couple of days) even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping and I live across the country from the shop. I'll definitely be checking this place first the next time I need some bikepacking gear.”

“Ordered a rack for my bicycle, not campfires problem but distributor was out of stock and was a long wait for it maybe 10 months but I just received it. And so happy that I still got it and they did good at keeping in contact to let me know. Love them”

“Campfire Cycling came through again with prompt and complete service. The map case was only available at Campfire Cycling. It was a perfect replacement for a map case that had seen too many miles on the road. As an Adventure Cycling Association tour leader Campfire Cycling is my go-to for the difficult and obscure parts and gear. They have always come through for me. Thank you for the great service. “Campfire had nearly everything I was looking for (and a bunch of cool stuff I wasn't), including expertise and a very helpful mechanic. They took the time to look at my bike on the fly- which I didn't expect- before a multiday trip in the Tucson area. Super friendly and cool place!”

“Toby has been so helpful as I have no experience with mountain cycles. I was selecting an electric bicycle to use both in town and on trails. I called Campfire Cycles and got ahold of Toby who agreed to help me select one from a group of five or six electric mountain bicycles. I then made the purchase ($1,866) confidently. After assembling the bicycle, Toby went over the Rad Rover 5 electric mountain bike, checking the brakes, torque on all the screws and then took it for a test ride. His attention to my particular needs has made me very satisfied. They have many mountain bikes and accessories for sale. Please don't hesitate to check them out, just southeast of the Stone Avenue underpass. Then you can visit Borderlands Brewing (just a few steps along Toole Ave.) and have a beer and some excellent tacos.”
